The 370 single-family residences throughout the community of Rancho Resort are made up of the Del Webb Las Brisas, The Courtyards and Madera Village communities. Del Webb and Hamco Homes constructed low-maintenance, single-level homes that have 2 or 3 bedrooms and attached garages with the needs of active adults in mind.
