What is Unique about Saddlebrooke?

Incredible Amenities, Low HOA fees, Onsite Conveniences and incredible Mountain Views make up the unique aspects of this wonderful community. The community is host to several restaurants, pools, golf course and worth noting the Pool, Audotorium and Restaurant are truley spectacular in this retirement community. NW Physicians office is also located within the community with access to one of the best Cardiologists. At about $1500 in annual HOA fee's it's pretty hard to beat the annual cost of ownership of Saddlebrook. Another unique feature is the community sits at a slightly higher elevation offering cooler temperatures than the city of Tucson.

Industry Expert Review

While the community is now 20 years old many home have been update     d and remolded. Additionally like most established communities many of your necessities and conveniences are nearby. Despite its age the community is impeccably maintained and features well manicured lush and mature landscaping. The restaurant and community theaters are really wonderful amenities and outdoor facilities with breathtaking views are sure to impress you. Overall the community offers a great value with its low HOA Fees, with homes suited for all price points.
