Industry Expert Review

When designing a community around a lake, developers are always faced with a common challenge. Do you create    a walking trail around the lake for all residents to enjoy? Or do you allow residents purchasing along the lake to own to the waters edge and have the lakefront access to themselves?

In this case we believe the developers did an excellent job in executing a trail around the lake for all residents to enjoy. Lake front buyers are still able to have lake front access with their own boat docks. The community also consists of a number of gated entrances to small neighborhoods with provides a wonderful sense of security and privacy.
