Industry Expert Review

Waterfront properties in Bonita Springs are hard to come by and Pelican Landing is one of the few places retirees can purchase an affordable home with grand amenities and have access to the beach. The developers made great use of the land by strategically places many of the homes facing either the golf course of scenic lakes. This is a destination community with more amenities than most residents can imagine. There is plenty to do outside the community as well as your within a short 30 minute drive to  Downtown Naples. Also highway 41 is the major commercial district for the area, so you won't have to go far to find great shopping and dining.
