Industry Expert Review

You can expect that older homes built in the 1980's will be less energy efficient. However many of the older 55+ communities are in more desirable and established locations. The HOA has done a great job at maintaining this property as many of the buildings have been update    d with fresh paint and newer fixtures and appliances.
