Industry Expert Review

The very strategically and well designed land plan create   s a very large lake in the center of the community hosting the attached stacked flat condominium buildings with many units getting great water views. Like spokes on a wheel the roads extend out over scenic lakes giving the owners of the single family residents great views as well. We love the locations easy access to both Sanibel Island and Southwest Florida International Airport.
