What is Unique about Timber Pines?

Despite its age of having been started in the early 1980's this community is exceptionally well maintained and has a variety of very unique features. First, if you are a golfer you just hit the jackpot as this community has 4 courses with over 60 holes of golf to enjoy. In addition the cost to play is exceptionally low at about $550 annually.

 Additionally, the functional space in the clubhouse is even better than many of the more modern and newer clubhouses. Everything appears super-sized in the community for example the main dining room can seat approximately 200 residents. The Ballroom is enormous with scenic views and a impressive wood plank ceiling you won't find in today's more modern buildings. The Catering Kitchen rivals a restaurant quality kitchen and residents make full use of it on a regular basis. The Clubhouse also has a Theater that seats over 550 people for plays, concerts and other grand events. The Enclosed Porch seats over 100 for more casual events.  Lastly the Multipurpose room is huge and able to hold many residents for a multitude of classes and workshops. The Billiards room is one of the finest we have seen with 8 regulation size tables. 

In short this communities offers one of the biggest values in the area.

Don't let this community age fool you as it is immaculate and well kept with a ton of amenities and very affordable housing options. Many people that consider the Villages find this to be a much more affordable alternative with a great lifestyle. If you are considering living in the Spring Hill area do a little research on Sink Holes as they are prevalent in this area of Florida. While this might sound frightening at first, don't let it scare you. There are remedies for this but being educated up front will help you make a better decision. This community offers exeptional value and should make your short list as they have more than 50 floor plans to choose from with many starting below $100,000 and go as high as the mid $300's.
