The exterior maintenance of the homes is a great feature that we don't see as often in Single Family detached homes. This really create          s a worry free low maintenance lifestyle for the residents and a lock and leave benefit for those that like to travel. The community is a 30 minute drive to Atlanta and 40 minutes to Hartsfield International Airport. For a small community residents will find a very generous array of amenities here making it a great value. The topography of the land is very inviting with gentle slopes, mature trees and everything is nicely landscaped and well manicured.
