In particular the active adult neighborhood the Conservancy is one of the most desirable and pristine enclaves of the community. The immediate access to Lake Wylie for daily walks and the entire serenity of the site is spectacular.  The topography features gentle slopes, wooded areas, scenic ponds and a great sense of wildlife and floral vegetation.  The walk ability of the community makes it one of the best we have seen as residents will be able to walk to multiple Clubhouses, Pools and Waterfront areas.  Overall a great community for active retiree's and well worth your consideration.
