Industry Expert Review

Purchasing a home in a older community often gives you the benefit of a more established location, mature trees and landscaping with no construction hassles. Purchasers should consider the age of the home and cost of updating. In many cases, it is well worth improving an existing home in a great location vs. purchasing new. This community is in an ideal location with great access to all parts of scenic Charleston SC. The Clubhouse is of adequate size for a community of 325 homes and has space for community events and group activities. Overall great home prices in a very desirable location.
