The community is well designed with good separation between the Single Family Ranch Home and the Town Homes. Also while the Community is not gated it features a Gate House which gives the impression of a gated community creating a sense of added security. While the clubhouse appears small it's just the right size for this intimate community which is already enjoying low HOA Fees. The Resort Pool is a great size and more than enough to accommodate the number of residents.
