The community of 525 homes was built over the course of 20 years beginning in the early 1980's. While some of the buildings are older they are exceptionally well maintained and fresh painted with mature landscaping. The community features a guard gated entrance with 24/7 security which brings comfort to the residents. The community is situated near the intersection of highway 2 & 69C for easy travel the beach or McAllen TX.
